At Mr Punta Cana Rent a Car, we believe in clear and transparent fuel policies to avoid confusion or unexpected charges. All vehicles are delivered with a specified fuel level, and the vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level at the end of the rental period.
This simple and fair fuel policy ensures that customers only pay for the fuel they personally use during their stay in Punta Cana. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than delivered, the difference may be charged accordingly. Returning the vehicle with more fuel than received does not generate additional refunds.
Our goal is to maintain a transparent car rental experience in Punta Cana, with no hidden fees and clear return conditions. Before vehicle handover, our team confirms the fuel level with the customer to ensure mutual agreement and avoid misunderstandings.
